Dr. Rajiv Suri

Rajiv is a seasoned technology executive with over two decades of experience driving innovation and creating value across diverse industries. Raj currently leads a global team of data scientists and machine learning engineers at Hewlett Packard Inc. (HP) developing AI products and platforms that improve employee and process efficiency, unlock insights and drive impactful business outcomes.
Previously, Rajiv served as the Head of Card AI Strategy & Systems at Capital One, where he led teams transforming the credit card business through data and machine learning. Earlier in his career, he directed the U.S. Army’s research into landmine and improvised explosive device (IED) detection and built innovative consumer electronics products for Bose Corp.
Rajiv holds a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a master’s degree in Product Design from the University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Literature from MIT.
