Becoming An Approved MCCYN-PLUS Provider In California: San Diego County

*Launching on April 15, 2025*

To be eligible as an MCCYN-Plus provider you must submit the standard fee assistance application. If you are a provider interested in participating in the fee assistance program, please click here. Providers who have already applied and are participating in the fee assistance program, will not need to submit a new provider application.

Providers with a DoD-approved accreditation or providers enrolled in San Diego Quality Preschool Initiative (SDQPI) for at least twelve months with an assigned coach will always be the first choice for military children; however, SDQPI enrolled providers without an assigned coach may be eligible based on family eligibility.

Please note, Enrollment in SDQPI is on a first-come, first-serve basis depending on the availability of space. Providers seeking to enroll will be placed on a waitlist for SDQPI until further notice.
