The FY 2025-2027 CCDF Plan
All states and territories must submit a Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Plan every three years to receive federal child care funding. These plans provide detailed information about a state’s child care system, including how the state is meeting federal child care laws and rules and what child care policies it will support over the next three years. All states are required to undergo a public hearing process as they develop these plans.
