Ariel Ford, Senior Vice President of Program Impact  

Ariel Ford, Senior Vice President of Program Impact, has over 25 years of experience working across the field of early childhood education. She is passionate about developing early childhood programs, policies, and systems that make a difference in the lives of children, families, and early educators. While she has program and policy experience at the local and state level, Ford’s favorite job was as a two-year-old teacher in Buncombe County, NC.  

She holds a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from East Tennessee State University and a bachelor’s degree in Theater and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
